“Liquid Blue” explores the color blue through abstract and gestural expression. Drawing from Wassily Kandinsky’s ideas about the link between form and color, the series suggests that color can reflect internal or spiritual states.The shapes in the series, whether flowing curves or complex forms, add movement and balance. The range of blue tones—from cool to warm—creates a varied palette that reflects the emotional and conceptual range of the pieces.

Texture and materiality play important roles. Applied to canvas, alternative surfaces, or other materials, blue interacts with these surfaces to add depth. Techniques like fine brushstrokes and impasto create different textures, inviting tactile engagement and exploration of blue in various states.
